SEW DOPE CREATIVE offers worldwide shipping by partnering with the local post in your country to complete deliveries.
Processing Time
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
All our garments are made to order and will only be able to purchase these items when the fabric is available as occasionally, we may be waiting for shipments from our suppliers
All other orders are processed within 2-3 business days before shipping. In some cases, processing may take longer due to various factors (ie; time of year order placed such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, Chinese New Year, Deepavali and other major holidays). Please bear with us we will do our best to process your orders and keep you updated.
There maybe small discrepancies in the size, and colour of the Goods supplied. With Made to Order garments you will be making Advance Payment for items in which case you are able to make an Advance Purchase. SEW DOPE CREATIVE will ensure that you receive this item in priority once they have been made within 1-2weeks.
In the case of made to measure items, made to your special requirements. It is your responsibility to ensure that any information or specifications you provide is accurate. Your rights regarding Advance Purchase are the same as those for any other purchase at SEW DOPE CREATIVE.
We can make changes to the Goods which are necessary to comply with any applicable law or safety requirements. We will notify you of these changes.
Cancellation Policy: Orders cannot be canceled after they have been placed.
Estimated Standard Shipping
We ship worldwide!
We do our best to estimate orders will arrive between 5 business days from date shipped.
*Please note that these postage times are an estimate only, and do not account for public holidays, peak periods (ie. Christmas), or customs processing delays. Sometimes delays may occur depending on mailing volume and customs at postal offices.
Where are your items shipped from?
Orders are shipped from our studio in London. As our items are not all made to order, your order may be shipped in separate packages so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way and we will keep you up dated.
How do I track my order status?
A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you once the order has been dispatched. You will be able to track your parcel status using the tracking number and tracking link provided.
Remark: The tracking information will become available 1-2 days after parcel dispatch

Incorrect Shipping Information
SEW DOPE CREATIVE is not responsible if a package is not deliverable due to the missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. Please take great care to enter the correct shipping details when at checkout. We will attempt to do anything within our power to assist in every situation - we are here to help you. However please understand that if the package has already been shipped that we are often unable to alter the destination address at this stage. SEW DOPE CREATIVE reserves the right to charge a re-shipment fee.With the subject: URGENT SHIPPING ADDRESS ERROR
Delivery Information
SEW DOPE CREATIVE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.
Parcel Lost on the way - In the event that a package never reaches you after 60 business days, and we can no longer trace the package in our tracking system. You will have to obtain proof from your local post office stating that you haven't received any packages from our sending address within this time period, and we will ship out another package or refund as soon as possible.
If you did not pick up your package within 14 days and the package got returned, we will not refund your order.
Usually, the post office will send a pickup notice to your address for a large package which they can't deliver or if you missed the delivery. After 14 waiting days, if your package is returned by the post office, then it will either get destroyed or become an unregistered package on the way back. Since no one is paying for the return, it might get lost on the way back or destroyed by the custom.
If we did receive your return package, we will send you an email including a link for you to pay for the re-shipping fee and arrange to ship out the parcel again as soon as possible.
Taxes, Customs and Import Duties
SEW DOPE CREATIVE is not responsible and has no control over customs inspections or sudden changes in strict customs. These circumstances may, unfortunately, delay the shipping time of your order. Any customs, import duties, fees, taxes, and any other charges are the customer’s responsibility (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery).
As customs policies vary between countries, please contact your local customs office for further information.
